The service
Bar Ops is the internal operations app of Ticket Sports Bar, provided to its current employees and managers. It is not open to the public. By using an account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Your account
Accounts are created by the owner. Keep your PIN and password to yourself, and tell the owner if you think someone else has used your account. Accounts close when employment ends.
SMS Terms
Consent. By opting in you give your consent directly to Ticket Sports Bar to send you the automated text messages described below. Consent is given only through the Bar Ops app's opt-in form and is never bundled into another agreement or obtained by a third party. Your mobile number and your opt-in are used only by Ticket Sports Bar for this program.
Program. Bar Ops employee alerts, sent by Ticket Sports Bar. Automated text messages about equipment status (for example a cooler running warm or a network outage), published schedules and shifts that need covering. No marketing messages are sent.
Opt in. Texts are off by default. You opt in yourself inside the app, under Systems Monitoring → My alert settings, by choosing "Text (SMS)" and ticking the consent box. The date, time and mobile number of your consent are recorded. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with what is happening at the bars. Most employees receive a few messages a week or fewer.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will get one confirmation text and no further messages. You can also switch your notices back to email in the app, or ask the owner.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email info@ticketsportsbar.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Privacy. How your number is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Ticket Sports Bar does not do affiliate marketing or lead generation of any kind.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for your work at Ticket Sports Bar. Do not share screenshots of sales, schedules or other employees' information outside the business.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters to you, you will see a notice in the app. Last updated October 2026.
